Autism Health Insurance Project, Inc., offers workshops, consultation, and advice to families and providers, helping them obtain insurance coverage for interventions related to autism.  We work with  families, community organizations, therapists, and provider organizations.  We will help you and/or the families you serve obtain the health insurance benefits that that they pay for.  

Working primarily in California.  We will help families and providers working with self-insured plans in other states. 

We can help by advising you on how to how to get the most from your insurance benefits, free of charge.  We also offer a sliding fee scale to families based on household income, to those who need or want more individualized services, including letter writing, document assembly and submission, contacting insurers and regulators on your behalf, and reviewing relevant literature.
